To this end, the invention comprises a rear seat backrest shelf comprising a receptacle pivoting about a transverse axis of rotation carried by a support plate to be fixed on a seat back, the receptacle being rotated between a substantially horizontal position of use and a raised position against the support plate, characterized in that the shelf comprises resilient retaining means able to hold the touch screen on the shelf, the elastic retaining means being constituted by a hook connecting two parallel elastic wires carried by the support plate.
Advantageously, the hook connecting two parallel elastic son carried by the support plate ensures the holding in position of the touch screen on the rear shelf.
This positioning of the touch screen on the rear shelf allows the user to view the screen comfortably from the rear seat of the motor vehicle.
In preferred embodiments of the invention, use is also made of one and / or the other of the following arrangements taken alone or in combination: the hook comprises two transverse openings, each opening being traversed by a elastic thread, said openings allowing said hook to move along the parallel elastic threads. - The hook comprises an excrescence curved towards the receptacle defining a housing for the purpose of allowing the reception and maintenance of an upper edge of a touch screen inside said housing. - The hook is separable into two gripping portions in a direction substantially orthogonal to the elastic son, each gripping portion being intended to laterally frame and enclose a touch screen side between the gripping portion and the parallel elastic son. - Each gripping portion has indentations complementary to each other to form the hook. Each hook gripping portion has rectilinear indentations interlocking one with the other, the indentations having at least one vertex, said vertex of the indentations being intended to enclose a lateral touch-screen edge between the gripping portion. and the parallel elastic threads.
In addition, the invention also relates to a car seat arrangement comprising a vehicle seat provided with a rear shelf according to the preceding features and a touch screen having an upper edge and a lower edge, the touch screen being intended to be positioned on the seat shelf in the use position, the lower edge of the touch screen being in contact with an inner wall of the receptacle and the upper edge being retained by the hook. The invention also relates to an automotive seat arrangement comprising a vehicle seat provided with a rear shelf according to any one of the preceding features and a touch screen having an upper edge and a lower edge and two side edges, the touch screen being intended to be positioned on the seat shelf in the use position, at least one side edge being held against the elastic threads by means of a hook gripping portion. The invention also relates to a car seat arrangement according to the preceding features with each side edge of the touch screen held on the wires by means of a hook gripping portion.
Finally, the invention relates to a vehicle comprising a rear shelf according to any one of the preceding characteristics or an automotive seat arrangement according to the above characteristics. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of several of its embodiments, given by way of non-limiting examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings. On the drawings:
Figure 1 is a rear perspective view of the rear of a car seat back with a rear shelf in the folded position.
Figure 2 is a rear perspective rear view of a rear seat backrest shelf in use position on which is disposed a touch screen, with a screen width in contact with the receptacle.
Figure 3 is a detail rear perspective view of a rear seatback hook, with its two hook gripping parts connected to each other.
Figures 4 and 5 are rear detail views of a hook gripping portion respectively left and right.
Figure 6 is a rear view of details of a touch screen held against the elastic threads by means of left and right hook portions.
In the context of the present application, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "lower", "upper", are understood by reference to a common reference mark of motor vehicles comprising a first axis longitudinal X, horizontal and oriented from the rear to the front, that is to say from the trunk to the hood, a transverse axis Y and a vertical axis Z directed from the bottom to the top, that is to say from the floor to the roof of the vehicle, with a seat arranged in the vehicle, the seat back being in the position of use facing the road.
Moreover, in the different figures, the same references designate identical or similar elements.
Figure 1 is a perspective view of a seat back with a rear shelf 16 in the folded position. The rear shelf 16 is fixed on the back of the seat back. It comprises a support plate 22 secured to the backrest, the support plate 22 comprising two lateral ends 23A and 23B and a central portion 29 flanked by the two lateral ends, the central portion 29 comprises the receptacle 18 pivoting about an axis of rotation K located in the lower part of the support plate 22. The rotation axis K is substantially transverse. The receptacle 18 is pivotable between a position folded against a central face of the support plate 22 as shown in Figure 1 and a use position where it is disposed substantially horizontally. A position of use is disclosed in Figure 2. The receptacle 18 includes an inner wall 180 for receiving a lower edge of the touch screen.
Elastic holding son 31 are arranged along the central face 24 of the support plate 22, as shown in Figure 2, these son 31 are intended to hold in position an element on the tablet, here a touch screen. The wires are not visible when the receptacle of the tablet is in the raised position against the support plate.
The wires 31 are situated in a plane parallel to the plane comprising the central face 24 of the support plate, as can be seen in FIG. 2.
In the embodiment described, the elastic threads are substantially parallel and are oriented along the axis of rotation K of the receptacle, that is to say along the horizontal and in the transverse direction in the vehicle.
The son 31 are connected by the hook 30. The hook 30 and the elastic holding son constitute the resilient retaining means 20. They advantageously allow the holding in position of a touch screen on the tablet.
Figure 2 shows two positions of the hook, the hook in the rest position, the parallel son and the hook in the retaining position of an upper edge of the touch screen. The hook 30 is placed in the retaining position of the screen by the user.
The hook is located substantially centrally on the son 31, that is to say, it is located approximately equidistant from each end of the son.
The hook 30 is movable in displacement along the elastic threads, thanks in particular to transverse openings 32, of substantially tubular shape traversed by the elastic threads. The hook is provided with two transverse openings 32. The movement of the hook along the elastic threads, carried out by the user, allows a fixation of the screen along the entire length of the elastic threads 31.
The hook 30 comprises an excrescence 33 curved towards the receptacle defining a housing 34 for the purpose of allowing the reception and maintenance of an upper edge of a touch screen. The touch screen, when disposed on the shelf and held by the hook 30, has its lower edge 26B in contact with the inner wall 180 of the receptacle and its upper edge 26A in contact with the inside of the curved protrusion. The inner wall 180 of the receptacle has a series of grooves parallel to the elastic threads, each groove providing a position of the touch screen on the tablet. The grooves parallel to the elastic son advantageously allow the tablet to have an upper edge 26A of the touch screen disposed horizontally. The crooked protrusion 33 of the hook towards the receptacle, defines a housing 34 for receiving and maintaining in position the upper edge 26A of the touch screen relative to the inner wall 180 of the receptacle. The touch screen 26 shown is substantially rectangular and therefore has two opposite edges parallel two by two. They thus have an upper edge 26A and a lower edge 26B, as well as two lateral edges 26C.
The upper edge 26A is held by the housing 34, retained inside thereof by the bent protrusion 33 of the hook 30. The grooves prevent any phenomenon of sliding forward or rearward of the lower edge 26B of the touch screen, the effect of the pressure exerted by the hook on the upper edge of the touch screen, so as to maintain it, is thus maximized.
The lower wire is located at a distance of about 5 to 20 cm from the axis of rotation K, and the spacing between the wires is about 5 to 12 cm.
As can be seen in FIG. 3, the hook 30 consists of two hook gripping portions 40, 41, assembled to each other, by teeth, with complementary indentations to each other for the two parts of the hook. hook grip.
The two hook gripping portions 40, 41 are separated in a substantially vertical direction, so that each hook portion is each connected to both parallel elastics.
Like the hook 30, these move along the parallel elastic threads 31.
FIGS. 4 and 5 show in detail a right hook gripping portion 40 for FIG. 5 and left 41 for FIG.
Each hook gripping portion has, at the point of its connection with the other hook gripping portion, teeth with complementary rectilinear indentations interlocking one part of the indentations of the other hook gripping part. For each hook gripping portion, the indentations have at least one vertex 44, said vertex 44 of the indentations being intended to grip a touch screen side edge 26C between the gripping portion and the parallel elastic threads. The separation surface between the two gripping portions 40, 41 hook is in the appearance of discontinuous flat surfaces, their intersection with the plane of the elastic son 31 has a separation line in the form of toothing. The position of the touch screen on the tablet is maintained in two ways: first, the tablet is first placed in the use position by gripping the receptacle 18 by means of an upper gripping element, placed at the top of the outer face of the receptacle 18. The pressure on the gripping member causes the receptacle 18 to pivot downwardly about the axis K. For a first position, the touch screen 26 is inserted into one slits inside the receptacle 18, the upper edge 26A of the screen being placed in contact with the hook 30, in particular the upper edge is housed inside the curved protrusion of the hook. The touch screen 26 is thus placed between the hook 30 and the inside of the receptacle. The two son 31 take an elongation due to the elasticity thereof, the elongation of the son ensures a tension towards the inside of the receptacle favoring the maintenance of the screen inside the slot of the receptacle, and so keeping the screen on the tablet
When the user wishes to remove the touch screen, it is sufficient to exert a slight upward pressure to clear the bottom edge of the screen, then tilt the screen around the hook 30 and remove it from the housing defined by the curved protrusion 33.
For a second position, the hook 30 is first manually separated into two hook gripping parts 40, 41 and these are spaced apart from one another so that the touch screen fits in the space between them. The touch screen is not supported with one of the slots of the receptacle, but positioned by the user by jamming between the indentations 43 of each hook gripping portion 40, 41 and the elastic threads 31. fixation is shown in Figure 6.
In addition, there is a last position that has not been shown, which consists of a separation of the hook into two hook gripping parts and a wedging attachment of the upper part of the touch screen inside the hooks. two hooks 33A, 33B of the two pre-gripping parts previously separated from each other, the lower part of the touch screen being fixed inside the receptacle.
The tablet and the arrangement according to the invention has the advantage of providing holding means which can be used with several formats of touch screens and allow several fixing positions at the discretion of the user. The invention provides a simple and effective solution to the problem of maintaining touch screens in motor vehicles, and thus allows their use by the occupants of the rear seats.
